A Few Things to Know
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship all orders within Israel using the HFD delivery service for secure and reliable local distribution.
For international shipping requests, please contact us directly to arrange delivery outside Israel.
All shipments include delivery protection and insurance.
If your package is lost during transit, a replacement will be sent to you under the shipping coverage.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can activate the insurance process to send a new package
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it / or it’s delayed
you must contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim and activate the coverage if needed to send a new package
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard areas: Approximately up to 3 business days from the moment the shipment is entered into the system.
Remote areas: Approximately up to 5 business days, including locations such as the Golan Heights, northern border areas, Eilat & Arava, Jordan Valley, Gaza envelope regions, and other exceptional zones.
You’ll receive a confirmation update once your order is processed and prepared for courier pickup.
📦 Important Notes:
If you change your delivery address after the package has already entered the shipping center, the delivery timeline may restart.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item:
• Has not been used
• Is in perfect condition
• Is returned in its original packaging
📦 Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Once the item arrives and is inspected, you may:
If you choose a refund, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
The return shipment must be sent back no later than the 14th day from the delivery date.
Once the item arrives and passes inspection, you may:
• Receive a refund according to the policy
• Choose another piece in exchange (price differences may apply)
⚠️ Please note:
• Custom-made and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery but are not eligible for refunds.
Received a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, we’re here to help. To ensure we can assist you efficiently, please follow these steps:
• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Send clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging (including the shipping label)
- Any visible damage
We reserve the right to assess each case individually. If the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution based on availability and the circumstances.
⚠️ Please note:
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or coverage.
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.
In some cases, we may request the return of the original item before sending a replacement or processing a refund.
